In the personalization boxes provided, please state: i) Sweatshirt colour ii) Flowers (indicated by letters) that you want above the title, in the order that you want it. iii) Title for sweatshirt (i.e, grandma, mom, etc) iv) Thread colour
2. After placing your order, please send the highest quality possible of the handwriting you'd like on the sweatshirt sleeve. If possible, please submit in black ink. This could be a pen or thin tipped marker.
Please note that each sleeve is only able to accommodate up to 4 names.
